The Honolulu International Airport (HNL) is the main airport on Oahu Island in Hawaii. It is located 5 km northwest of downtown Honolulu and is officially called the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport.

Hawaiian Airlines and Aloha Airlines offer frequent inter-island service from the Honolulu airport to Maui and the other Hawaiian islands.

A shuttle service called the Airport Waikiki Express provides coach service from the Honolulu International Airport to hotels in Waikiki.

Coaches leave every half hour and tickets cost $10 per person. Alternatively, automobiles can also be rented at the Honolulu Airport.
