Snorkeling near Waikiki

There are two beaches at Waikiki Beach that are suitable for snorkeling.  They are:

1. Queen's Surf Beach
2. Sans Souci Beach

One of the best snorkeling beaches in all of Hawaii can be found just a few miles east of Waikiki at a place called Hanauma Bay.

Visitors to Hanauma Bay can swim with through coral with gorgeous tropical fish and perhaps even see a turtle or two!

To get to Hanauma Bay, simply catch the "Beach Bus" that travels eastbound on Kuhio Avenue in Waikiki.  The bus runs only once every 30 minutes and can get very crowded, so it is advisable to catch the bus early in the day.
